Francesco Castellazzi

Francesco Castellazzi attended the University of Applied Sciences from 1984 to 1987. After the studies he worked up to 1995 for Fides Trust Company, Fides Trust AG and Credit Suisse Fides Trust AG at the end as a Vice President responsible for German, Italian, French and English speaking clients.

In the year 1995 together with his partners he incorporated Quadris AG and a variety of other companies worldwide to render services to wealthy individual and corporate clients.

In 2014 due to a restructuration of the group Quadris AG was succeeded by Quadris Solutions AG.

Since inception of the Quadris Group he is acting as Chairman and actually supporting and assisting Raphael De Stefano with the operational management of the group.

Raphael De Stefano studied business management at the University of St. Gallen with specialization in Risk Management and Financial Services. After his studies, he worked for PwC as an auditor for banks, insurances as well as trust companies from 2005 to 2008. Between 2008 and 2012 he was active as project manager at Swiss Life and in an executive role of a life insurance start-up company in Liechtenstein.

Since 2012 he is taking care of and responsible for international clients in the Quadris Group and from 2016 he is running the group operationally.

He is proficient in German, English and Italian.
